For tabletop roleplaying players, the hardest part is rarely learning the rules. It is finding the right people to play with. And if your group is missing a DM, the challenge doubles.Whether you are brand new or a seasoned players, finding a stable group is often more difficult than playing the game itself.

Groups dissolve, people move, schedules shift. Recruitment is spread across Discord servers, Reddit boards, Facebook groups and other communities. It might work out, but is chaotic, inconsistent and time-consuming. Groupfinder aims to solve all of these issues, once and for all.

The project, born in Estonia, where D&D (or any other TTRPG systems) never really made it that big, will dare to tackle this issue. Providing a platform for both versions of the LFG-issue: Players searching for groups, and groups searching for players. 


As a player, posting your player profile is simple - just know what kind of a group or game you would like to be a part of, set your location, whether online or at a table, write something about yourself and you are good to go. Your profile becomes discoverable to groups and other players who align with your interests

Whether your table needs one more player or and entire party, the group setup process is straightforward. Outline your campaign, specify the details, complete a short setup and your listing becomes visible to the entire Groupfinder community.

Groupfinder includes built-in utilities designed to reduce friction. One example is Timefinder - a tool to make the first encounter, scheduling, a little bit easier. More tools are on the way.

The platform is expanding to reach players across the world, regardless of system, genre or experience level. . And most importantly - Groupfinder is and will always be free to use. The plan has always been to make sure getting started in the hobby would be as easy and painless as possible.
