Drawing on a love of the mutant underdogs of post-apocalyptic media, I ran a long campaign in this setting with a set of like-minded friends. After years of work and playtesting, I am bringing this personal favorite to print!

MUTANANNY is a gonzo swamp-apocalyptic role-playing game (RPG) where you and your friends play as degenerate, garbage-dwelling, fun-loving Mutants just trying to make it through their next awful day. Mutate wild and free, scavenge for precious junk, earn your place in the dump, forge bonds with other hideous weirdos, struggle to survive the moistlands, and fend off insufferable pure-strain humans.

You play as a Mutant, a hideous human offshoot whose body staves off pollution by frequent change. The good news is you can mutate at will, shifting your Terazome to meet every challenge. The bad news is you need to.

Eager contestants in jury-rigged scrap buggies flood in from the surrounding dumps to take part in motor mayhem. Winners enjoy a bump in prestige and everyone enjoys a wild afterparty. The seats are free, cause you only need the edge.

You bask in the dawn of a new age well after the slow-motion disaster of climate change, pollution, and constant war. The wealthiest humans rocketed off to the moon long ago, to sleep away the sweltering toxic ruin they wrought upon the earth. Now, they want it back and aren’t going to let a few filthy mutants stop them.

Feature-complete and currently in editing, the fully playable version of MUTANANNY is 140+ pages in 6” x 9” trade book format. This game runs on METTLE Core, a hybrid d6 dice pool system that prompts for dramatic twists on failed rolls. You can't lose, this game is all but ready to go!

We are currently settling on a suite of editors, artists, and layout folks to make this extraordinary. The art above is by Michael Bracco of Spaghetti Kiss!
