Forge your own sci-fi trilogy in Notorious: Tales of Hardscrabble Bounty Hunting
A solo narrative card game—coming to Kickstarter on 14th October!

Notorious: Tales of Hardscrabble Bounty Hunting is a solo narrative card game where you play as a sci-fi bounty hunter, tracking targets across planets.
It's a brand new system, building on the success of the critically-acclaimed solo journalling RPG Notorious (and its Outsiders expansion) by Jason Price.

The game is played using a set of 450+ unique cards, pools of six-sided dice and three planet maps.
You'll travel around planets, creating mini-decks of themed events and challenges, until you finally confront your target for a final showdown.
Risky actions and hard choices result in you adding to a looming pile of consequences—cards which may come back to haunt you...
A full game combines three bounties into your own personal trilogy, complete with a narrative epilogue that reflects how you've performed for the Guild.
If you're new to solo games, Notorious: Tales of Hardscrabble Bounty Hunting is a great place to start! Everything you need to play is in the box, with no need to provide your own printouts, cards or dice. It also supports two ways to play:
- 🕹️ Arcade Mode: play through the game, rolling dice and making narrative choices; you may want to consider the prompt questions on each card and what it means for your story, but there's no need to document anything.
- 🖊️ Story Mode: play it as a traditional journalling game, answering questions on each card to help fill out and expand your story; you might record your journey with post-it notes, a journal, or even your voice as you play.

The team behind Notorious: Tales of Hardscrabble Bounty Hunting includes award-winning game designers Jason Price (Revolt!) and Jack Harrison (Koriko: A Magical Year) with artwork by Torben Bökemeyer (Merchants of Andromeda).
