The con haul photo is a time-honored tradition; a celebration of not only rampant consumerism, but also the joy of receiving gifts and freebies (and in the case of lucky critics, the occasional complimentary press copy). I picked up quite a few books and other bits at Dragonmeet, both with the explicit intention of covering them here, and just for personal enjoyment. Juggling my debit card and the company card on Google Wallet is a fun exercise, and I live in fear of the day of getting it wrong and having to explain to Rowan that I didn’t mean to charge an erotic furry art print to Rascal.
Rather than just post a pic on my socials and call it a day, I thought I’d do a quick run down of my pickups in the form of a blog. That way I can show off all the cool stuff I got, and not just the games I’m going to write about later. I’ve barely looked at most of these, so don’t expect any impressions — they’ll come in the future. With that in mind, here’s my Dragonmeet haul in all of its glory, arranged in what I believe to be the correct chronological order.
