In Space, No One Can Hear You Podcast

Facehuggers and Friends is a brand-new Actual Play podcast using the Alien RPG system published by Free League Publishing. This audio only production features an original storyline set in the Alien universe, seeing a disparate crew brought together by Weyland-Yutani's new executive director of terraforming to clean up a wayward project his predecessor left behind. In exchange, he'll provide something no one else could – he'll erase a lifetime's worth of debt and give them a new lease on life.

Of course when it comes to anything offered by the Weyland-Yutani Company, it can never be that simple...

Facehuggers and Friends features podcasters from the Umbrella Podcasting Collective, a mostly Pacific-Northwest based group of history, popular media and comedy/horror podcasters brought together by their shared interest in this area of the United States. Some members of the cast are long-time RPG veterans, while others are throwing their dice for the very first time.

Created to celebrate the release of the new Hulu TV series Alien: Earth, each one-hour episode of this comedy/horror podcast features music and sound effects to help build the unsettling atmosphere that is so iconic for the Alien franchise. Since the cast are all superfans of the Alien series, the story has been designed to play with expectations and have some fun surprises for long-time series fans!
