Classic gameplay manual Play Unsafe launches Kickstarter
It's a 20th Anniversary edition of the legendary text
The new edition of legendary gameplay manual Play Unsafe has launched a two-week Kickstarter.
The classic book, which shows you how to "work less, play harder and add stories to your game", will be completely revised and reprinted in a hardback edition.
"Twenty years after I wrote it, people still tell me Play Unsafe changed the way they play," said designer Graham Walmsley. "It's time for a new edition."
Other authors and designers are looking forward to the new edition too.
"Play Unsafe will give you perspective and make you a better player," said writer and designer Kieron Gillen. "As in, one who is a joy to play with."
Jared Logan, who streams with Glass Cannon, agrees. "Play Unsafe's smart, clear, concise guidance showed me how to focus on the people at the table instead of dice and rulebooks", he said, "Now, when I play, I feel like I make a real connection."
