Southern California – Dungeons & Cabins, an immersive, D&D summer camp for adults is now open for registration.
Even if you've been to summer camp, you haven't been to one like this. Dungeons & Cabins combines classic summer camp activities and a weekend long D&D campaign – with a twist. What you do at camp could affect the game. And what you do at your table could affect other tables.
Located in Running Springs, California, Dungeons & Cabins invites campers to make friends, play, and compete in a setting where a bullseye could yield magic items, winning tug of war could earn a party tactical advantages, and sharing notes with your cabin mates could shift the course of the campaign.
It will take place twice, September 12-15 and the same storyline again September 26-29.
Professional Dungeon Masters include Leon Barillaro, Mayanna Berrin, Sammy Glicker, James Haeck, Alec Lachman (Alec the Bard), Zach Macias, Danielle Radford, and Eliam Weinstock.
"There's a special kind of magic at summer camp. It's a place where you can make friends as easily as if you were a kid again. Where work emails don’t exist, and potato sack races do," says Sammy Glicker, founder of Dungeons & Cabins. "And then there's the D&D. Over the course of a couple days, each party's unique adventure leads to a multi-table event. It's a surreal feeling as the whole room holds its breath, listening to the dice clatter, knowing this roll could change everything."
The September 2025 sessions will feature:
● A weekend-long, epic campaign ran by professional Dungeon Masters
● Classic summer camp activities
● Themed PvP events
● Evening gaming and camaraderie at “the tavern”
● Professional on-site chefs and bakers
Last year, the heroes of the Torch Bearers’ Guild defeated Baba Yaga, her chicken-legged hut, and her coven of hags. But Paladin’s Retreat isn’t out of the woods yet. They are in need of new heroes. Are you brave enough to answer the call?
