Newcastle upon Tyne, UK: Eurydice Games Ltd, a tabletop gaming company specialising in  fast, fun games are bringing their fifth print at home game to the Gamefound crowdfunding platform. Gal4Xeon is a sci-fi roll and write game for 1 or more players where you have 10 rounds to try to claim as much of the galaxy as possible through exploration, combat, and trade.

Available for only £3, backers of the campaign will receive the PDF files within a month of the campaign finishing. Eurydice Director Jackson Pope said, “Print and play games are uniquely able to side-step the current tariff chaos and deliver rapidly after the campaign finishes, insulating both backers and manufacturers from a rapidly changing international trade situation.”

Backers will be able to get any of Eurydice’s extant roll and write games, all of which share a sci-fi theme, or get all five with a bundle discount. Gal4Xeon builds on the previous games bringing an epic galaxy-spanning setting and gameplay where you exploit empty sectors and trade or conquer the aliens you encounter along the way. The game will feature multiple maps which backers of the campaign can vote on including as the stretch goals are unlocked. Chris Solly of Kitt Miniatures said in his review of Gal4Xeon, “It was a joy to play, with almost endless replayability. Well recommended.”
