Legendary designers Grant Howitt and Jon Ingold join Cosmic Dark
With more stretch goals by Kieron Gillen, Ross Bryant, and Jadzia Axelrod.

Legendary game designers Grant Howitt and Jon Ingold have signed up for the Kickstarter for weird space horror TTRPG Cosmic Dark, joining an all-star cast of stretch goal authors.
Rowan, Rook & Decard's Grant Howitt, designer of Honey Heist, Eat the Reich and Heart, will write the stretch goal scenario Incursion 7. Meanwhile, Jon Ingold of Inkle Studios, best known for video games 80 Days and Heaven's Vault, will write All Mind, in which an alien language appears on an ancient space station.
"This is my dream cast of authors, with some of my personal heroes," said Cosmic Dark designer Graham Walmsley. "I'm a huge admirer of Grant's games, especially Heart and Spire, and I obsessively play everything Jon has designed through Inkle."

From the author of Cthulhu Dark, Cosmic Dark takes you to the far reaches of the galaxy, where a golden wound-like object called The Glitch dominates the sky. This is where Extracsa, a mining and resources consortium, has sent you, until you leave, die or lose your mind.
The game has no character creation or set-up. You sit down at the table and start playing straight away, making characters and worlds as you go.
Cosmic Dark is a beautiful 180-page hardback book, with cover art by Paul Bourne of Handiwork Games. The wonderfully disturbing interior art is by Matteo Bocci, who also illustrated Cthulhu Dark.
