Legendary how-to-play manual in final hours on Kickstarter
It's the 20th anniversary edition of the classic text
A new edition of Play Unsafe, the classic book about storytelling in roleplaying games, is nearing its final hours on Kickstarter.
Author Graham Walmsley has completely revised the book and is fundraising to reprint it in a beautiful hardback edition.
"The Play Unsafe Kickstarter has been phenomenal," he said. "There's been so much support. I've loved going back to the book, bringing it up-to-date and making it as good as it can be."
Other authors and designers are looking forward to the new edition too.
"We've all had great gaming sessions," said Alex Roberts, award-winning designer of For the Queen, "Play Unsafe is about the ingredients that make sessions like that happen."
John Harper, designer of Blades in the Dark, agrees. "Play Unsafe is my favourite RPG book," he said.
