Mörk Borg meets the Oregon Trail in a new game of doom and dysentery
Introducing Möregon Trail, Twice Rolled Tales’ newest adventure

It’s the year 2045–twenty years since the United States you once knew ceased to exist. But not all was lost. America, after all, is a land of survivors. In the small communities founded in the ruins, hope springs. Stories get passed from travelers’ mouths of a land still rich with abundance, somewhere you can drink fresh mountain water and rest soundly under a sky full of stars: Oregon.
This summer, Twice Rolled Tales is proud to present Möregon Trail in actual play and ashcan forms. Inspired by the Oregon Trail video game and compatible with the grimdark Mörk Borg RPG system, Möregon Trail imagines a post-imperial future where desperate wanderers battle to survive an-ever dying planet, deadly pestilence, and the unforgiving whims of random d66 roll tables.
The actual play, Möregon Trail: An American Mörk Borg, features the talents of Phoebe Zimmerer (@phoebezimmerer) as Katy ‘Sarge’ Reeves, Chris Pickett (@timespace.place) as Cillian McCreedy, Sammi Richardson (@sammi.richardson) as Sloan Mercy-Carmichael, Erin Townsend (@gaysayswhat) as Rory Briggs, and Emily Tworek (@emilytworek) as Trail Guide.

If you’d like to brave the wasteland yourself, the trailheads are opening soon–an ashcan version of Möregon Trail will be coming out this summer, complete with an online tracker for mileage, food storage, and wagon party health.

Good luck, travelers, and remember–don’t ford the river.
