The Lovecraft Investigations gets tabletop roleplaying game
In the crowdfunder for the audio drama's new series
Audio drama The Lovecraft Investigations will launch a tabletop roleplaying game as part of the crowdfunder for its new series.
Based around Lovecraft's classic story The Dunwich Horror, it will be written by designer Graham Walmsley, who wrote the acclaimed cosmic horror TTRPG Cthulhu Dark.
"I'm a long-time fan of the Lovecraft Investigations," said Graham Walmsley, "And the game is going to be something very special. And horrific."

The Lovecraft Investigations is an award-winning audio drama, which brings Lovecraft's stories into the modern day. It has already covered the stories The Case of Charles Dexter Ward, The Shadow over Innsmouth and others, and the new crowdfunding campaign is for a series based on The Call Of Cthulhu.
"This is the story I have been dying to tell since the show first took off," said creator Julian Simpson, "And I'm excited to be working with Graham to bring the Lovecraft Investigations back to Dunwich."
The Dunwich Horror will be a short roleplaying game, based on Lovecraft's original story and with an all-new TTRPG system. Players will portray Matthew Heawood, Kennedy Fisher and other characters from The Lovecraft Investigations as they dig deeper into the history of Dunwich.
