WHITE CITY Debuts at C2E2: March 27-29
The Indie Game Showcase began at Emerald City Comic Con in Seattle, WA 10 years ago. The idea is to give developers a low-level entry point to large shows, so that they can interact with attendees and promote their games.
Retrofit Games Company is part of the Inaugural Indie Game Showcase at the Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo. Retrofit Games specializes in One Session Games. Characters can be created and adventures can be finished in about three hours. “OSG” games are designed for busy people that lack the time for long form play. OSG games are also dynamic and people interested in long form play can string episodic adventures together to create a campaign.
WHITE CITY is Retrofit’s Flagship game. Occult Investigators patrol the 1893 World’s Fair for supernatural threats. Think, The Alienist meets Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.
WHITE CITY includes a One-Page Character Sheet, One-Page of Rules, Ten One-Page Adventures and an On Boarding Document to get the entire Table playing in 15 minutes. WHITE CITY offers at least 30 hours of re-playable gaming and is the official RPG of the 1893 World’s Fair!
Retrofit Games will be at C2E2's Sidequest: Indie Game Showcase.
Friday March 27th: Table Two, 11-1:30 and Table Four, 4-6:30
Saturday March 28th: Table Five, 1:30-6:30
Sunday March 29th: Table Three, 11-4pm
