Weird space horror game Cosmic Dark has launched on Kickstarter, with special rewards for backing in the first 48 hours.

From the author of Cthulhu Dark, Cosmic Dark takes you to the far reaches of the galaxy, where a golden wound-like object called The Glitch dominates the sky. This is where Extracsa, a mining and resources consortium, has sent you, until you leave, die or lose your mind.

"Cosmic Dark is a whole new universe of horror," said author Graham Walmsley, “There are time loops, alternate universes, doppelgangers, all twisted until they're surreal and wrong.”

The game has no character creation or set-up. You sit down at the table and start playing straight away, making characters and worlds as you go.

Cosmic Dark is a beautiful 180-page hardback book, with cover art by Paul Bourne of Handiwork Games. The wonderfully disturbing interior art is by Matteo Bocci, who also illustrated Cthulhu Dark.
