Layerforged, a small tabletop studio from Madrid, is preparing Fabulorium: a Windows tool that lets game masters build a fantasy location as an editable 3D scene and export it either as a cinematic image or as a top-down battlemap.

You place villages, forests, roads, rivers and lights, then move the camera wherever the story needs it. The same scene gives you an establishing shot for the table and a print-ready battlemap for the encounter: day or night, with or without a grid, at A3 and 300 DPI. Everything is procedural geometry built in the tool. It is not generative AI.

Karrholt is a forest village battlemap made entirely in Fabulorium. It comes in four versions (day and night, with and without a grid) with a short adventure hook, and it is free to download: fabulorium.com/maps/karrholt
