Dungeons & Cabins is back for a highly-anticipated third year
Reserve a bunk starting May 1 and live a D&D vacation unlike any other.
Southern California – Dungeons & Cabins is an immersive, D&D summer camp for adults. Registration opens May 1, and will sell out quickly.
This one-of-a-kind camp merges classic summer camp nostalgia with a weekend long D&D campaign — and what you do at camp affects what happens at your table, and other tables. This year, campers can choose between three long weekends: August 28-31, September 11-14, and September 18-21, all located in the idyllic San Bernardino National Forest in Southern California.
Campers are invited to play, compete, make friends, and ultimately, become heroes. Throughout the weekend, they’ll participate in events where winning archery could earn them tactical advantages, making friendship bracelets means activating magic items, and sharing notes with the other parties could shift the course of the campaign.
Dungeon Masters include Alec Lachman, Ashley May King, David Tilstra, Eliam Weinstock, Joey Haeck, Johnny Stanton, Kelly Lynne D’Angelo, Leon Barillaro, Mayanna Berrin, Rachel Lathrop, Sammy Glicker, and Zach Macias.
"There’s a reason people cherish their summer camp memories. It’s a magical place where you can make lifelong friends in just a weekend," says Sammy Glicker, Founder of Dungeons & Cabins. "This community is everything. We have regular meet ups and online games. We even been to each others' holiday parties and improv shows. That's true friendship.”
Then about camp Sammy adds, “it’s also rare to be playing in the same story alongside other parties in the same room, which means your table’s choices might have consequences at other tables. And by might…well, you’ll have to experience it for yourself.”
The 2026 sessions will feature:
- A weekend-long, multi-table campaign ran by professional Dungeon Masters
- Classic summer camp activities
- Mini-painting Arts & Crafts led by Critical Role’s Ian Phillips
- Themed party versus party events
- Temperature-controlled cabins and communal spaces
- Professional on-site chefs and bakers
Players of all experience levels are welcome, whether it’s your first game or you’ve been playing for decades.
Registration for the 2026 sessions opens May 1 at 8 a.m. PDT. Spots are limited.
