EventMoot Puts Your Weekly Game on Autopilot
EventMoot gives your TTRPG group a home base that schedules every session for you, so the weekly game keeps happening without anyone asking "are we on Thursday?"
Campaigns rarely die in a fight. They die when the GM gets busy for a few weeks, nobody asks "are we on Thursday?", and the group quietly stops meeting. EventMoot is built to keep the sessions coming without anyone having to ask.
Your group gets a home base. In EventMoot a standing group is called a moot. You invite your players once, and every session reaches all of them. The moot has a message board, a shared document library for maps and handouts, and an availability heat map that shows when most of the party can meet.
Then set the schedule once. If your table has a fixed night, EventMoot posts each session ahead of time, already decided. Players answer Going, Maybe or Can't go, and the session lands in their Google, iCloud or CalDAV calendar and in your Discord. If your night moves around with shifts and kids, EventMoot drafts a date poll ahead of each week or month instead, and you publish it. Holiday week? Skip it or move it, and everyone who said Going or Maybe is told.
Every time is in each player's own time zone, and a fixed slot stays at the same local time when daylight saving changes. Players can answer a poll without an account.
The key facts
- Free plan (Entling): one moot of up to 10 players, 5 events a month with up to 20 people each, and all seven poll types. You plan each session yourself.
- Ent, $5 a month or $50 a year: recurring sessions, calendar sync, Discord posts (up to 3 webhooks), and unlimited moots, members and events.
- Launch offer: EventMoot launched on Product Hunt on October 27. Code PRODUCTHUNT makes the Ent trial 30 days instead of 14. Checkout asks for a card, and you aren't charged until the trial ends.

EventMoot is small and independent, and made by one GM. Questions and feedback are welcome in the EventMoot Discord.
