Poets wanted for 'Ballads of the Lilypond'
It's like 'The Green Knight', but everyone's a frog
Some nights, everyone wants to be the bard. Well, now they can be, with Ballads of the Lilypond.
Ballads of the Lilypond is a poetic tabletop role-playing game — think Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, but everyone's a frog and it's set on the riverbank. Each player quickly generates a character for the session, then composes an epic ballad (or rude limerick) about their exploits.
Ballads of the Lilypond is played in a single sitting, for solo play or group play. It's GM-less, and no prep or prior roleplaying experience is required.
By the end, every player will have an actual ballad, written at the table.

Ballads of the Lilypond is the debut game from poet and writer Matthew Sheret. It's illustrated by Sar Cousins (Rowan Rook and Decard’s Dagger in the Heart)
