This is the story of four Lancers, talented pilots of mechanized chassis from all corners of the known universe, thrown together by circumstance and destiny...and credits. Follow Matcha, Moxie, Roadkill, and Silver led by Reed, your game master, through the Lancer system, a mud n’ laser style anime mecha RPG. I hope they brought some printers with them, because this is Bring Your Own Mech: a biweekly actual play Lancer podcast, and batteries are not included!

This actual play following four Lancer pilots, on the run from anyone and everything has been MIA for over a year, now after fighting some long term health issues, the show is back in action.

Known by their audience for being one of the first Lancer (a Mud n' Lasers style Mecha anime TTRPG) Actual Plays in the space, as well as their high quality sound production quickly grew in popularity in the Lancer community. It seems that the show going on hiatus had a seemingly opposite effect than the cast expected, surging past 1000 Spotify followers and surpassed 60k downloads this early March.

If you haven't listened to the show yet, now is the perfect time to jump in it has been described as "What if Firefly was Queer Mecha?" by reviewers, and "Cowboy Bebop with Gay mechs" by cast.

If you are a long time listener, you will be happy to know that the show is picking right where it left off with the crew tasked by a former flame to do a job that is swimming in secrets, and trust in the crew is barely staying afloat.

The podcast also has a Patreon feed where you can get access to blooper reels, and bonus episodes where the cast plays their characters using the game Pasión de las Pasiones, thrusting the players into a Telenovela.
